About the role
This is an exciting contract opportunity for a Finance/Treasury Assistant to join a renowned company based in the Changi Airport East Region. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the finance and treasury functions within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Performing treasury administrative tasks such as opening and maintenance of bank accounts and internet banking, sending emails to banks to request for fixed deposit rates, preparing slides/ email update for cash portfolio & etc.
Preparing the reconciliation relating to carpark collections and refunds.
Perform verification of audited sales against audited reports and to follow up with customers for audited reports.
Other administrative roles such as uploading of invoices to customers, scheduling of meetings & booking of meeting rooms and performing any ad hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
Candidates with backgrounds in Accountancy, Business or Finance would be a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to excel in a fast-paced environment
