The Opportunity:
Our Client, MNC Test & Measurement Company
Location: Clementi
Gross Salary: Up to $4,000
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 AM to 5:45 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Open Service RMA/IRMA for incoming jobs.
Follow up and respond to customer inquiries.
Monitor and follow up on the status of overseas work.
Raise purchase orders for service parts and third-party services.
Coordinate the setup of retail POP/POSM with key retailers, collaborating with stakeholders such as licensors, licensees, retailers, PLS commercial, and the BA team to ensure significant brand and product visibility
Job Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in purchase orders and customer service.
Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Effective in handling customer inquiries and coordinating across departments.
Experience in service event management and documentation.
Excellent time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
