The role is responsible for routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and/or public areas of the Hotel.
Primary responsibilities
To clean guests' bedroom and/or bathroom.
To ensure cleanliness of the public areas of Hotel.
To replenish room amenities according to the operational standards.
To ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.
To anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
To perform thorough cleaning duties.
To comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times.
To carry out other duties as and when assigned by your Superior and/or the Management.
