Report directly to the Business Unit Head (CEO) and Finance Manager for the following:
Oversee daily finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets management, and other related financial tasks.
Support the month-end closing process.
Handle inventory-related month-end closing activities.
Ensure accurate, complete, and timely processing of staff claims disbursements.
Reconcile bank statements and address any discrepancies.
Prepare tax provision schedules and submit quarterly GST returns.
Coordinate with auditors on audit-related matters and scheduling.
Requirements:
A Diploma or relevant qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience managing full sets of accounts.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and GST filing procedures.
Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and Microsoft Office.
