Input invoices into in house system.
Process petty cash, and staff expense claims, and ensure all payments made are captured in the system.
Liaise with the internal operations team and vendors regards invoices.
Input stocks into our operations system.

Generate reports
Assess our staffing needs and track time-to-hire and recruiting costs, including expenditures on sourcing, advertising, and onboarding
Audit closing sales and redemption revenue of the clinic.
HR: 40%
Maintain and monitor staff leave (annual leave, medical leave, etc).
Carry out end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee exit management, performance management, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Process monthly payroll and CPF Submission including attendance checking and overtime processing with HR software.
HR administration such as data entry, filing, preparing employment contracts, letters, and other documentation
Administration of foreign workers' work pass application and renewal
Administration of employee insurance, government-paid claims, staff benefit claims, and others
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
More than 3 years of relevant HR and accounts experience.
Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in English and Mandarin. Only candidates with experience working in Singapore will be considered
Process at least a Diploma in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting/ACCA or equivalent will be a bonus
Excellent Knowledge of bookkeeping and statistics and attention to detail
Have a positive mindset with openness to accept additional challenges and opportunities that comes along
An individual contributor with strategic thinking, resourceful and proactive
