- Support the management of undergraduate programmes
- Work directly with the Undergraduate Director to strengthen the undergraduate teaching program of the department.
- Lead and run the undergraduate teaching program.
- Identify opportunities to improve undergraduate work processes.
- Development engagement strategies to capture and improve student satisfaction with the purpose of raising posting feedback scores.
- Support the undergraduate team in upholding utmost standards for assessment related processes.
- Engage our partner HCIs to strengthen the department’s undergraduate teaching program.
- Assist in education research and in the management of the education finance budget.
Qualification Required and Area of Discipline
- Recognised Degree.
Required Competencies and Capabilities (Skills, Experiences and Professional Licences)
- Knowledge in developing and operationalising training and development initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Strong people skills
- Good coordination and project/event management work.
- Motivated with positive attitude
- Familiar with Excel, Word and Powerpoint software
- Competent in data analysis
- Excellent command of English
- Trustworthy and maintain high level of confidentiality
Required Experience (in years):
- More than 1 year of relevant experience for Senior Executive position./ More than 3 years of experience for Asst Manager Position
