Roles & Responsibilities:
- System Implementation & Configuration: Assist in the installation and configuration of PCs, workstations, operating systems, applications, and related peripheral devices to support project teams.
- Critical On-Site IT Support: Provide first-level on-site IT support on a 24x7 rotational shift, including public holidays (10 am to 10 pm / 10 pm to 10 am), ensuring operational uptime of essential systems.
- Troubleshooting & Escalation: Investigate and resolve issues, providing timely updates to the Project Manager on major escalations.
- Proactive System Monitoring: Perform daily health checks and inventory assessments to prevent downtime and ensure all systems and devices are fully operational.
- Technical Support Expertise: Utilize your hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining PCs, peripherals, and applications in a Windows environment.

Requirements
- Operational Experience: Prior exposure to IT operational environments is advantageous.
- Team-Oriented: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to support your colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks.
- Qualifications: Certification in Nitec, Higher Nitec, or a Diploma, ideally with an IT focus.
