Job Description:
Main Role: Assist with Open House event planning and organizing.
Pre-Event Responsibilities:
Be part of a team to test and review the functionality of the digital stamp card
Prepare name tags for all faculty & staff, and student ambassadors/helpers on duty for the event
Collate the number of bento lunches required, place the order with the selected caterer, and liaise with the caterer for delivery on the event day
Actual Event Responsibilities:
Transport gift items from the storeroom to the redemption booth and arrange them properly
Serve as Redemption Officer at the gift redemption booth, assisting visitors and managing the redemption process
Requirements:
Polytechnic Diploma or fresh degree graduates, or diploma holders with experience
Able to coordinate with various stakeholders and vendors
Strong team player with attention to detail for administrative work
Physically fit and able to move bulky items (e.g. pull-out banners, free gifts)
Able to work on weekends (Open House and residential camp check-in are on weekends)
People-oriented with good interpersonal skills for working with visitors and students
Proactive and shows initiative
