Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope:
Oversee general office operations, including answering phones, handling mail, and managing office supplies.
Assist in coordinating manufacturing schedules, including communication with suppliers, vendors, and clients.
Manage invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Maintain and update office files, manufacturing records, and databases.
Handle purchasing and inventory management of office and manufacturing supplies.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents required for manufacturing operations.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the manufacturing team.
Job Requirement:
1 to 2 years related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Experience in inventory management and purchasing is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges.
