To better serve European clients and improve warehouse operation efficiency, we plan to recruit an expert with years of experience in European or North American warehouse management. Candidates need to have extensive experience in e-commerce industry automated fulfillment warehouse management, including automated warehouse planning, establishment of lean warehouse operation management standards, and rich on-site management experience. Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and implementing warehouse development strategies to increase market share and profitability.
• Based on the company's medium and long-term strategic goals and business needs, plan the warehouse storage capacity reasonably.
• Establish lean operation standards to continuously improve the level of customer warehouse services.
• Based on the analysis of business data, optimize warehouse business content and provide support and suggestions for the company's business decision-making.
• Responsible for team building, daily management and talent development, and continuously improve the team's skills and service awareness.
Requirements
• Years of experience in managing large-scale e-commerce warehouses in Europe or North America. Proficient in e-commerce industry warehousing, distribution processes and inventory control.
• Rich experience in managing large-scale automated warehouses on-site.
• Able to complete warehouse business planning based on data analysis and business strategy needs.
• Rich experience in warehouse industry team management capabilities, with outstanding leadership.
• Willing to relocate to Europe (primarily the UK or Germany) for work, and possesses a certain understanding of European culture.
• Excellent communication and internal and external coordination capabilities, able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Chinese and English can be used as working languages.
