Role Overview

The Branch Manager (BM) is responsible for maximizing the satisfaction of the clients and their working environment in order to achieve all the objectives set. BM is also responsible for managing and controlling the operations of all departments within Yunomori Onsen Retreat & Spa in order to achieve the goals and policies set by the Board of Directors. As well as being a coordinator between the various parties within the Spa to be able to operate smoothly and consistent ready to work in a stressful state.

Key Responsibilities

Finance

  • Prepare financial forecasts and manage profit and loss.
  • Oversee inventory control, cost management, and service quality.
  • Analyze financial reports for business performance.

Customer Service

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address complaints.
  • Develop policies to uphold service standards and maintain a loyal customer base.

Sales & Marketing

  • Collaborate on marketing strategies to enhance the brand image.
  • Track industry trends and improve promotional tools to boost sales.
  • Ensure corporate identity is consistently represented.

Human Resources

  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment with career development programs.
  • Implement training programs, performance incentives and disciplinary measures.

Operations

  • Optimize productivity and maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and departmental management.
  • Conduct regular meetings, maintain service manuals and enforce company policies.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and inventory compliance.

Maintenance

  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities and equipment.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, liaise with contractors, and resolve facility issues.
  • Develop maintenance logs and address systemic issues with long-term solutions.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
  • Supervises: Front Desk, Onsen Service, F&B, Spa, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, Marketing, and Accounting teams.

Focus Areas:
Customer satisfaction, Operational efficiency, Financial management, Team development, and facility upkeep to achieve organizational success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in Spa management / Hospitality / Wellness operations.
  • Proven track record in team leadership, customer service, and business growth.
  • Optional: Certification or diploma in spa management, hospitality, or wellness.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in wellness and spa services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
