Job Description
Reporting to Business Development Manager, the Business Development Executive will assist in the coordination and operations for collaborations with schools.
School Project Collaborations
• Business Collaborations: Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets. Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that may prevent growth.
• School Planning and Coordination: Coordinate our programmes, provide professional inputs, manage the ordering of booklets/materials, and address centre-specific needs. Ensuring timely follow-ups with instructors, Franchise Centres, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Events and Promotions: Propose, plan, and manage tasks related to trial classes, roadshows, and promotional events for student enrolments.
• Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks, including student enrolment and recess, and arrangement of make-up classes and other ad-hoc duties.
• Stand in for the classes when needed. (Training will be provided)
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related Business field. Diploma holder with working experience may also apply.
• Great passion and enthusiasm in education business. High level of confidence and highly ambitious.
• Positive thinkers, initiative, attractive personality and excellent attitude.
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, meet datelines, under pressure and a team player.
• High energy and positive can-do attitude.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and dialects is an added advantage.
