Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Gym Manager to join our team and oversee daily operations. You will lead our gym, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive member growth and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the gym, ensuring the safety and maintenance of facilities and equipment

- Recruit, train, and manage fitness trainers and staff

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members

- Maintain positive relationships with members and resolve any customer issues

- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure profitability

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

- Minimum of 3 years of gym management experience with leadership capabilities

- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation

- Familiarity with fitness industry trends and market dynamics

- Ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance
