5. Performance Management

  • Support the performance appraisal process, including distributing forms, collecting feedback, and coordinating evaluations.
  • Provide assistance in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.

6. Compliance and Policies

  • Ensure adherence to labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in updating HR policies and handbooks as required.

7. HR Reporting and Analytics

  • Prepare reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover, recruitment, and employee engagement.
  • Analyze data to support decision-making and improve HR processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,400.00 per month
