Production Assistant - Joo Koon /Up $2,800

Responsibilities:

Conduct physical stock take and inventory counts to maintain accurate records.
Material requisitions to ensure timely supply of packaging materials.
Track and manage inventory and shipping processes.
Confirm actual packing results after production closure to reconcile inventory and shipping records.
Identify, labelling and keep materials in stock, recording location of inventory and reporting shortages.
Locate materials/supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
Keep inventory areas clean, sort & catalogue materials, and verify quality of incoming deliveries.
Locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products.
Pick/pack finished goods and assist shipment by ensuring adherence to packing standards.
Seal and label packages including affixing shipping labels and customs documentation.
Upload and unload pallets of finished goods using material handling equipment.
Document product shipment, ensures production and distribution of products delivered.
Contributes to the orderly operation of stock and materials storage area.
Maintains in-process inventory at work centres by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
Operates forklift and pallet jack or signal machine operator to move materials onto and off trucks.

Requirements:

ITE in any discipline.
Experience in warehouse/manufacturing environment
Prefererably in packing or material handling role is a plus.
