Job Responsibilities :
As a Retail Design intern, you will support the development of retail displays and merchandising materials, collaborate with cross-functional teams on store events and campaigns. Additionally, you’ll contribute creative input for product launches and in-store visuals while assisting with documentation and reporting for merchandising projects. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about gaming, design, and retail innovation.Job Responsibilities
1. Event Visual & Creative planning
Partner with cross-functional teams to support store/partnerships events and campaigns display setup
Support Visual Merchandising team to develop creative assets creation and graphics layout for store events, campaigns, partnerships
2. New Product Introductions (NPIs) Creative Execution
Contribute ideas and perspectives for New Product Introductions (NPIs), in-store displays, and window visuals to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to execute campaigns and product launches effectively.
Manage and plan the VM execution based on stores need and experience.
3. In-store promotional assets development
Design promotional materials to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Assist in development of retail displays and merchandising materials
Preparation of visuals for various formats suitable for Razerstore.
4. Visual Merchandising planning
Source and procure visual merchandising tools and materials as needed.
Review monthly VM reports to ensure displays adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistent standards.
5. Administrative Tasks
Assist in creating internal documentation and approval process in sourcing for props and required external purchases.
Pre-Requisites
Efficient in computer aided 2D drawings and 3D visualization
Ability to read floorplans and construction drawings
Strong eye for aesthetics, details, graphic design, materials and space
Proficient in: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office Excel, Autocad, Vray or 3D software of choice.
Fresh graduates OR current students pursuing further studies in design or industrial design
Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months from Jan 2025 - Jun 2025 for optimal learning exposure
