Job Summary: We are seeking Super Stars Interior Sales Designer with "I want to be the best" Mindset to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, providing design consultations, and managing projects from initial client contact to successful completion. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Acquisition: * Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively seek and qualify potential clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, online platforms, referrals). * Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our design capabilities and product offerings. * Building Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to build trust and loyalty. * Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.

Site Coordinating: * Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements, measure spaces, and gather necessary information. * Liaison with Clients & Contractors: Coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. * Project Management: Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure timely completion. * Resolving Issues: Address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise during the project.

Simple Designing Work: * Conceptual Design: Develop basic design concepts and layouts for clients, incorporating their preferences and project requirements. * Space Planning: Create functional and aesthetically pleasing space plans. * Material Selection: Assist clients in selecting appropriate materials (e.g., flooring, cabinetry, lighting) that align with their budget and style. * 3D Visualization (Basic): Utilize basic design software to create simple 3D renderings or presentations to assist clients in visualizing the project.

Qualifications: * With sales experience is a plus point. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in design software is a big head start (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max - basic knowledge). Not compulsory * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
