Since then EPI-USE Labs has experienced significant growth and is looking for special people interested in a role in a small, closely knit team of professional services consultants. We are looking for someone with SAP experience and specifically with a knowledge of SAP HCM functionally, with S/4HANA & SuccessFactors being a big benefit. An appreciation of both business process and data structure in these system types is desirable. This person will learn our software and will be involved in SLO, migration, data privacy and reporting/analytics projects. Job Description
We are looking for a consultant who is comfortable overseeing the broad solution and acting in tandem with the project manager for a HCM Data and payroll migration project. We provide software and a transformation team who bring technical, software and functional skills together as a techno-functional group to use our software & professional skills to build a migration solution that aid our clients in transforming their Enterprise Structure. The work will include taking functional & technical requirements and building out a data strategy that will include data extensions (master data), data cloning, data reallocation and data postings/transfer that all support the business transformation requirement.
For this role we seek a professional capable of (i) understanding SAP Time & Payroll functionally and its data model, (ii) speaking to senior IT leaders about how to build out new SAP landscapes and (iii) experience of working a minimum of five (5) SAP Project lifecycles, (iv) speaking about the SAP data model, having some experience of how it is delivered by SAP.
Our growth in recent years has been partly focused SAP System Landscape Optimisation (SLO) projects; which are generally transformation projects, often focused on supporting Merger & Acquisitions (M&A) activity at our clients or through our channel partners.

For this specific role it is mandatory to meet these requirements:
- Minimum of six years SAP experience
- SAP HCM data model knowledge including Payroll experience
- Fluent English language speaker and writer
- Based currently in Singapore, Korea, Malaysia or Thailand

Pay: $8,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
