Job Description
- To greet the customers upon their arrival
- Assist customers with their wine selection
- Understand company’s product knowledge
- Ensure that payments are processed correctly
- Advertising wines, by handing customers wine catalogues
- Report customer complaints to superiors
- Ensure overall cleanliness of the retail store
- To monitor the cash float
- Understand the store’s operational system
- To understand and learn the store’s closing and opening procedures
- Preparation of daily sales report
- Assist in placing wine orders
- Conduct stock take in retail store
- Assisting in organising the merchandise display in the store
- To submit new customer database to the store manager
- Carry out any other retail duties as per reporting manager and Retail Operations Manager
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in the role preferred
- Interest in wine
- Comfortable to work shifts
- Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned
- Qualification: Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC
