We are currently looking to expand our service delivery team in Singapore with additional Field Engineers. This is a customer-facing role that reports to our Head of Technical Services and will work as part of a team to provide installation and after-sales service of our storage systems. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver capable of working independently with an eye for detail.
Job Responsibilities:
Engage with customers for the deployment of our storage systems
Troubleshooting and resolution of issues using remote tools and/or onsite service as required
Accurate documentation of all activities
Occasional travel to support regional deployments
Job Requirements:
IT or Engineering Diploma/Degree holder
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
Experience in field service & trouble-shooting of storage and data protection equipment would be advantageous
Familiarity of Linux / Windows servers would be advantageous
Good IT and communication skills
