Performance Monitoring: Track & lead sales team to achieve company performance metrics and KPIs. Identify areas of improvements and implement action plans as necessary 10%
- Customer Relationship Management: Achieve principal’s targets of NPS through constant improvement of Retail customer experience 10%
Process Management & Collaboration: Identify areas of improvements for sales processes through close collaboration with other functions to increase productivity of the sales team 10%
Sales & Product Training: Keep abreast of automotive trends and competitors, providing training for sales team to raise salesmanship and product knowledge. 10%
Sales Operations & Compliance: Prepare and provide sales reports and forecasts for senior management or principal. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in sales operations. 10%
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience (3 years) in sales leadership roles within the automotive industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
