What You’ll Contribute

  • Design and execute campaigns to drive customer engagement and incremental bookings and revenue.
  • Strategically build the global Demand plan for FICO including account-based marketing (ABM), lead generation campaigns, executive engagement programs, and marketing automation programs such as nurture tracks.
  • Own marketing sourced pipeline and booking targets.
  • Develop integrated, multi-touch marketing activation plans to advance prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Manage to allocated marketing budget.
  • Build and maintain partnership with the NORAM Sales leadership team and nurture the relationships with in-country Sales teams.
  • Develop strategy for participating in industry conferences and trade shows, e.g., identify highest impact venues and optimal format including involvement of founders. Ensure FICO participation drives significant lead generation and maximizes ROI.
  • Facilitate introductions for Sales leadership with major customer prospects at the highest levels of the organization.
  • Develop ongoing relationships with key customer accounts, academic institutions, other industry leaders, and regulatory authorities as needed.
  • Manage content related to customer sales and prioritize interactions to generate increasing awareness and demand for FICO’s solutions and services.
  • Identify growth opportunities for FICO within the context of our fiscal sales plan and multi-year regional strategy.

What We’re Seeking

  • Deep knowledge of complex selling environments in the B2B technology world and what it takes to build brand and product awareness and pipeline.
  • Proven track record of developing world class marketing teams in a high growth environment.
  • Maturity and skill in collaborating with senior executives, customers, and sales teams to align on goals and work through business challenges.
  • Creative skills in both communications and problem solving.
  • Expert in using metrics and marketing performance measurement and how these are critical to optimize results and ROI in a corporate marketing environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in building demand marketing plans.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a marketing or related field; Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
