Job Description
For Vessel upgrade project, this function is a combination role of project administrator, document controller and purchase logistic officer
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative and Logistical Support
- Coordinate and prepare relevant files for import/export items, e.g. PO and other required formalities, on-site logistics coordination
- Assist with staff support, including visas, work permits, accommodation, and logistics for expatriate staff
- Manage office consumables, and coordinating facility tasks like catering services where required
2. Financial Administration
- Assist with collect and check the reimbursement applications
3. Document Control & Reporting
- Collect and distribute necessary project documentation, maintain project-related archives
- Ensure secure access to contracts, agreements, and essential documents and maintain compliance with documentation standards
- All official project-related documents and correspondence shall be recorded in Aconex.
- Assist the project control manager to prepare management reports based on operational data.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree and has past experience working in shipyard
