Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders on a range of activities including leadership development, performance management, team efficiency and organisation design.
  • Utilise HC analytics and metrics to develop solutions that address gaps and readiness for change.
  • Support organisational resilience by developing the capacity and readiness for change.
  • Support delivery of HC activities and processes (such as manpower planning, hiring, performance management, compensation and benefit) and ad-hoc projects at the business level.
  • Ensure end-to-end HC service delivery by maintaining partnerships across all HC functions.
  • Ensure alignment of HC policies, tools and processes at Group level.
  • Support development and delivery of HC strategy and lead communication, implementation and measurement of key people initiatives and programs within the business area to support a dynamic, fast-paced and high-performance culture of the company.
  • Build the development of an ethical working culture that promotes company core values, integrity, and strong teamwork for results and performance.
  • Ensure conformance to all relevant statutory and employment law requirements.
  • Work closely with operating units and Employee Relations to address employee grievances and any other industrial relations related issues.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum Degree or its equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of HCBP experience in a fast-paced and high-growth business environment
  • Sound knowledge of statutory and employment law
  • Possess business acumen
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to build a new start-up team ‘from scratch’, be ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done
  • An affinity for problem solving and ability to discuss, facilitate and implement solutions cross-functionally
