SERVICE CREW JOB DESCRIPTION:

Customer service oriented attitude
Ushering customers to allocated KTV rooms and ensure system is ready
Taking beverages & food orders
Key in orders into point-of-sales system and fulfilling the orders
All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Cleaning duties during off peaks hours to maintain a safe and clean work environment


CASHIER/ADMIN JOB DESCRIPTION:

Customer service oriented attitude
Attend to all walk-ins & register check-in customers
Comfortable using google sheets or microsoft excels spreadsheets
Allocate suitable rooms to walk-in customers according to group size, room size and other requirements
Manage transactions from customers using point-of-sales system
All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Cleaning duties during off peaks hours to maintain a safe and clean work environment

Proactive & good communication skills.
Able to commit on weekends and PH (6 days work week)
