Analytical Support:

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses for ongoing benefits review projects.

This is an entry-level position suitable for interns looking to explore an opportunity in broking sales. Whilst no previous experience is required, we are looking for team members who are self-motivated, enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced industry and are willing to go above and beyond in this goal-oriented position. If successful in the role, interns will have the opportunity to interview for a role in the broader Aon Health Solutions Division.
  • This role reports into the Head of Sales & Marketing
  • Provide support in management sales reporting, internal & external client meetings, client networking events etc, including conducting research to identify suitable companies for the Health Sales Team to prospect.
  • Identify the right people to speak to within the organization to create interest in cross-selling Health Solutions, delivering Aon United.
  • Assist the Health Sales Team in the preparation and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) from prospective corporate clients.
