Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls
from customers to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions
and attention.

Identify cross-sell
opportunities during customer interaction.

Wide range of
banking related products (CPF/SRS, housing loans, auto loans, interest rates,
deposits etc.)



Working location: near Raffles Place MRT

Morning shift: 8am -5.30pm or 9am – 6.30pm (9.5 hours each shift, including 1 hour meal break)

Afternoon shift: 11am – 8.30pm or 1pm – 10.30pm

(on adhoc basis) Night shift: 10.30pm – 8am



Requirements:

Possess
any Diploma or Degree in any discipline
