Key Responsibilities:

  • Download bank statements.
  • Record and update cash books.
  • Coordinate, check, and prepare site claims.
  • Maintain subcontractors’ payment lists for the Contracts department.
  • Prepare payments according to payment schedules and credit terms.
  • Liaise with banks for administrative tasks and online applications.
  • Perform other assignments, projects, and analyses as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in UBS accounting software and strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently under tight deadlines.
