Key Responsibilities:
- Download bank statements.
- Record and update cash books.
- Coordinate, check, and prepare site claims.
- Maintain subcontractors’ payment lists for the Contracts department.
- Prepare payments according to payment schedules and credit terms.
- Liaise with banks for administrative tasks and online applications.
- Perform other assignments, projects, and analyses as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in UBS accounting software and strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently under tight deadlines.
