The Event Management Executive will take part in a complete events experience as you lead every facet of the programme’s journey. You will have sole responsibility for a project, or part responsibility for a larger project, from brief to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scoping the brief, allocating the necessary resources and budget to ensure that all work together.
  • In-charge of planning, organising, and executing all events to engage our new and existing clients.
  • Handle pre and post event logistics. (E.g. prepare setting up of event venue, sending out invitation, liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, keeping track of inventory etc)
  • Organise the events timeline and make sure that it adheres to our business cycle.
  • Working closely with other units within PSO to better communicate and manage the execution process.

Role Requirements:

  • A full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore, or any other academic qualification which is equivalent to the above qualifications.
  • Singapore Citizen are preferred
  • Full time working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9.30 AM - 6 PM
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous and work well in a team setting.
  • Ability to multitask.
