Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor chatbot conversations and recommend improvements.
  • Update website content based on best practices.
  • Perform user acceptance testing for website.
  • Conduct UI/UX research to improve website visitors’ experience.
  • Support SEO content review.
  • Update web knowledge management hub.
  • Support the team on ad-hoc projects where required.
Job Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business IT, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, UI/UX or any related business IT or web disciplines.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Analytical and detailed-oriented individual.
  • Exhibits strong initiative, adept at multitasking, and consistently delivers high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Preferably possesses some knowledge of:
    • Programming language such as HTML, CSS and Javascript
    • Design and web tools, e.g. Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Experience Manager
