Rotating shift timing (incl 45mins - 1hr break) | transportation will be covered if public transport is not available


St Luke's Hospital: 5am - 3pm / 8am - 5pm / 9am - 5pm

Chai Chee: start earliest 5am, end latest 6pm




Staff need to have or willing to take TDAP and MMR Vaccinations



Responsibility:

Assist Sous Chef/ Junior Sous Chef with the kitchen work.
Preparation and cooking food according to assigned menus and hospital standards
Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients.
Ensure high standard of cleanliness and hygiene maintained in the kitchen at all times.
Follow health and safety regulations strictly.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Any other job duties as assigned by the superior.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

Minimum 1 year of working experience in kitchen
