Position Summary:
The Customer Service Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth, efficient operations and excellent service for our clients. You will handle customer inquiries, manage bookings, coordinate shipments, and communicate with customers regarding schedules, delays, and cargo status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, provide shipment updates, and resolve service issues in a timely manner.
- Documentation: Prepare, review, and process documents related to shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordination: Work closely with operations, sales, and logistics teams to manage bookings and ensure prompt cargo movement.
- Communication: Keep customers informed of any changes in schedules or delivery times, and handle any issues that arise during transit.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer details, and communication history for efficient service tracking.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or shipping.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and logistics software (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Education:
- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)
