  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job scope

You will support the Senior Operations Executive/Operations Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of our retail mall.
Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the mall operates at optimum level
Assist in annual budgeting, managing and administering all maintenance contracts and supervising expense for the operational needs of the mall
Assist in the implementation of renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the mall
Liaise with Contract & Procurement team, manage and execute specific/adhoc procurement of equipment cyclical replacement & enhancement works in the mall
Lead the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operation
Part of Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team for review & approval of permit to work (PTWs), risk assessment, safety checks/audits

Requirement

Higher Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
