Retail Supervisor (Perfumes & Cosmetics), handling T1 to T4 stores

[Summary]

Collaborate with the Retail team and Shilla to manage day to day sales & operations
Oversee daily operations & responsibility for the overall success of Changi
Accountable for ensuring achievement of sales targets, driving replication and consistency (brand image and service level) and providing on-going support for retail team and Shilla
Management of the retail team

Description

• Ensure achievement of sales and targets from daily to monthly basis and of corporate objectives
• Assist Area Manager to set objectives for responsible POS
• Report to Area Manager on progress and issues
• Influence and optimize shift planning of the team
• Support Commercial, Retail and Marketing team in new store opening execution of stores
• Participate in talent recruitment and retention strategies in collaboration with the Retail team and Shilla

Requirement

• 5 years of Retail experience with 1 year in managing people
• This is a good career growth for those with Senior Sales experience
• Sound understanding of optimization of store operations & standards for success
• Ability to communicate and influence effectively
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple demands with competing priorities, and allocate time effectively
