Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Researcher to join our growing AI Research Team and work closely with the Research Lead. The ideal candidate is passionate about AI and has a strong foundation in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLM), and Vision-Language Models (VLM). This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn from experienced researchers, contribute to cutting-edge AI research, and help drive innovation in our enterprise-grade video intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Research Lead and team in developing and testing Generative AI models, LLM, and VLM.
  • Conduct research, literature reviews, and experiments on Generative AI, LLM, and computer vision topics.
  • Support the implementation and evaluation of AI prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions.
  • Work with datasets for image processing, text analysis, and multimodal model training.
  • Contribute to data collection, preprocessing, and preparation for research experiments.
  • Analyze and document research results, preparing technical reports and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, Generative AI, LLM, and VLM.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to bridge research outcomes into production.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Machine Learning and AI fundamentals.
  • Basic experience with Generative AI models (e.g., GANs, Diffusion Models, Transformers).
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLM) and Vision-Language Models (VLM) concepts.
  • Experience with Python programming and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Understanding of image processing techniques and AI datasets.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct experiments and evaluate results.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git is a plus.
