The Opportunity
As part of our Digital Risk team, you’ll focus on client opportunities where your expertise can make a substantial impact. You’ll apply your knowledge and experience to shape our services and motivate your team. You’ll build valuable relationships with clients and develop strong capabilities, through both formal training and working with senior mentors and talented colleagues.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI governance frameworks that align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, focusing on ethical considerations and risk management.
- To help our clients in evaluating the sufficiency of their AI governance, risk management and control practices related to AI model development, testing and deployment to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments of AI algorithms and systems, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure a cohesive approach to AI governance and risk management.
To Qualify for the role, you must have:
- Bachelor’s in business, Risk Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems other relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 – 7 years of experiences with hands-on experience in AI governance, risk management, AI ethics, AI principles, preferably in a consulting environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated integrity, values, principles, and work ethics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stay updated with industry trends and AI regulatory requirements, and quickly adapt to new technologies.
