Position: Baker-Chef De Partie
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily preparation and baking of breads and viennoiseries.
Ensure all baked goods are of consistent quality and standards by adhering to recipes and SOPs.
Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are maintained
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Monitor and track the inventory level of finished goods, baking ingredients and supplies.
Required to travel internationally to train bakers, trainers and manufacturers and to assist in setting up of production site.
Perform mise-en-place and minimise food waste.
Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience working in a bakery.
Possess passion for baking, a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
A team player and willing to learn and adapt.
