The Role:

Reporting to the Group Head of Renewable Feedstock Supply, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing supply chain and business processes within the biofuel sector.

With a focus on driving efficiency, productivity, and innovation, you will leverage your expertise in consulting to implement best practices and solutions. You will also work across regional offices and multi-functional teams to align processes and enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mapping of supply chain processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.

• Analyze supply chain data with tools like Power BI and Excel, advising management on actionable plans to enhance key metrics such as upstream restaurant waste volume and truck efficiency.

• Intelligently analyze ground-level operations to generate data-based insights, offer strategic advice, develop action plans, and monitor execution to ensure successful implementation.

• Conduct ongoing KPI analysis and prepare detailed monthly reports to ensure continuous operational improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Asia-Pacific region to drive process improvements and align with strategic goals.

• Benchmark best practices to identify innovation opportunities and maintain a competitive edge within commodities and biofuels sectors.

• Apply change management techniques to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, managing stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycles.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

The Requirements:

• A Degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.

2 years of experience in consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG) or commodities, particularly in biofuels/HVOs/SAF.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in Excel and Power BI.

• Experience in process optimization and supply chain management.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive change across teams.
