Job Responsibilities:

Trade-in Quoting:

• Assessing and providing quotes for trade-in vehicles based on current market conditions and company guidelines.

Vehicle Appraisal and Test Drives:

• Conducting thorough appraisals of trade-in vehicles to assess condition, mileage, and market value.
• Accompanying potential sellers on test drives to verify vehicle functionality and performance.

Trade-in Collection and Handover:

• Managing the seamless collection and handover process for trade-in vehicles, ensuring all required procedures are followed.

Follow-up on Documentation:

• Ensuring all necessary trade-in documentation is completed and resolving any outstanding paperwork or missing items.

Vehicle Purchase Agreements:

• Coordinating and overseeing the viewing and signing of Vehicle Purchase Agreements with clients, ensuring clarity and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in vehicle appraisal, trade-in management, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive market and pricing trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation and contracts efficiently.
• A valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
