Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end to end recruitment cycle – hunt for prospective talents, manage job postings, arrange and conduct interviews, negotiate hiring offers, conduct orientations and on/off board team members.
- Act as a first point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth organizational transition and integration into the company culture.
Employee Relations
- Develop and implement employee engagement activities.
- Manage and address employees’ work-related queries.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Training and Development
- Identify training requirements and help organize relevant training programs and workshops.
- Maintain training records and ensure proper documentation of completed courses.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Labor Laws and HR Best Practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex situations with sensitivity and professionalism.
- 3 to 5 years of expertise in recruitment, training and development processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
