Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end to end recruitment cycle – hunt for prospective talents, manage job postings, arrange and conduct interviews, negotiate hiring offers, conduct orientations and on/off board team members.
  • Act as a first point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth organizational transition and integration into the company culture.

Employee Relations

  • Develop and implement employee engagement activities.
  • Manage and address employees’ work-related queries.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Training and Development

  • Identify training requirements and help organize relevant training programs and workshops.
  • Maintain training records and ensure proper documentation of completed courses.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Labor Laws and HR Best Practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex situations with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • 3 to 5 years of expertise in recruitment, training and development processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
