Job Functions :
- Daily data entries in Excel / Navision system
- Issuance of Service Order in the system
- Liaise with Customers by phone / email
- Application / Renewal of certification
- Arrangement / planning / scheduling of on-site servicing
- Charge customers for repair or replacement fees due to damage or loss
- Ad-hoc tasks
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- Experience in rental Equipment and Machinery industry
- Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision
- Able to start work in short notice
