Job Description:
Customer Enquiries & Management: Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally across various channels, ensuring a seamless experience.
Centre Management: Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the centre, manage customer flow, and ensure a positive experience for everyone.
Instructor Coordination: Liaise with instructors to manage bookings and ensure smooth scheduling of classes.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through digital mediums such as email, chat, and social media platforms.
Sales Generation & Follow-Up:Support sales initiatives by following up on trial bookings, encouraging renewals, and achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a service-oriented or educational environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions empathetically and efficiently.
Organizational skills to manage bookings, schedules, and centre operations effectively.
Proficiency in digital communication tools and CRM systems.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to promote services and drive renewals.
Availability to work on at least one weekend day as part of a 5-day work week.
Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
Able to communicate in mandarin for mandarin speaking customers.
