Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Distribute mail and packages to various departments and employees within the organization.
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment, including weighing, labeling, and applying postage.
- Maintain accurate logs of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Track and report on the delivery status of important or time-sensitive items.
- Provide assistance to employees and departments with mail and package-related inquiries.
- Handle mail and package-related issues or discrepancies with professionalism and efficiency.
- Operate and maintain mailroom equipment, including postage machines, envelope sealers, and sorting machines.
