  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join our team at Beauty Hope, located in the vibrant Ang Mo Kio Town Centre in the North-East region. As a full-time Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment that reflects the beauty and care of our brand.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining the appointment calendar
  • Assisting customers with product and service inquiries
  • Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team as needed

    • What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably within the retail or beauty industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software, including Microsoft Office suite
  • A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to provide exceptional customer service
