- You’ll be responsible for the overall health, productivity and quality of your team and their output.
- You’ll provide feedback on your team’s approach, help them make data-driven decisions and learn from their experiences and mistakes.

- Have lead a team in a post-sales engineering or technical delivery capacity
- Have a background in software engineering or similar technical role, writing and shipping production quality code, with at least three years experience.
- Have previously worked with external parties to deliver technical projects with REST API integrations.
- Experience building, leading and mentoring driven and a high performing technical delivery team.
- Comfortable working on big challenges and a history of successfully delivering best in class solutions and products.
- Experience building and designing scalable and performing systems within a microservice architecture.
- Expert on all things API, such as RESTful design, OpenAPI, OAuth2, versioning, etc.
- Have a strong product mindset and be able to support others to make the right decisions and compromises.
- Experience on managing client relationships and setting accurate expectations, along with handling escalations.
