- Lead and manage technician and ensure daily, periodical and shutdown maintenance works are executed safely, timely and efficiently.
- Attend and resolve operation equipment's breakdown within short time frame.

- Provide technical expertise for operational processes, implementing technical solutions to improve equipment uptime and asset utilization through use of continuous improvement mindset.
- Ad- hoc assignments as assigned from time to time.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
- Min 3-5 years of mechanical machinery and facilities maintenance experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Problem solver, analytical and a team player who display pro-activeness and initiatives and take ownership and be accountable
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess good oral and written communication skills
