We are currently partnering with a digital bank based in Singapore to look for a Business Process Manager and he/she will be instrumental in driving organisational change, optimising business processes and leading digital transformation efforts to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage and lead transformation projects aimed at streamlining business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering innovation within the organization.
- Process Optimisation: Apply business process engineering methodologies to analyse, redesign, and optimize key processes across various departments, including KYC, Payment Operations, Risk Management, and Reporting.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to identify process gaps, initiate projects, and collaborate with product development and engineering teams for successful implementation.
- Change Management: Implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes, technologies, and digital solutions within the organization.
- Technology Integration: Partner with IT teams to leverage technology solutions and automation tools, supporting process improvement initiatives and digital transformation efforts.
- Resource Management: Assist various departments with resource capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization of human resources and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Digitization & Automation: Identify opportunities for digitization and automation to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and achieve cost savings.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on project performance metrics, including KPIs, ROI, and other key success indicators, to evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
- Industry Trends: Collaborate with product and solution teams, staying current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in banking, finance, and digital transformation to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, BPM) are preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, business process engineering, and digital transformation within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of business process engineering methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN, or similar frameworks.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex transformation projects from initiation to implementation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities, analyze data, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
