As a People Services Manager within the HR People Services function in KPMG, your duties will include but not limited to:
- Lead the team in providing excellent HR support to employees, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide coaching and advice to junior team members
- Establish and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and ensure timely service delivery.
- Evaluate effectiveness of HR systems and processes against requirements, objectives, and user needs
- Recommend and improve HR processes, systems to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Implement and leverage technology to enhance HR service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage change management efforts related to HR process updates and technology implementations with team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor team adherence to HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Stay updated with statutory and compliance requirements to ensure HR processes are aligned.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central will be advantageous
