Job Description
- Installation & Commissioning: Assist in setting up and testing vessel navigation and hydraulic equipment.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Support routine servicing, troubleshooting, and replacement of components.
- Annual Performance Tests (APT): Help conduct tests to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Inspection & Documentation: Perform equipment checks, maintain service records, and prepare reports.
- Customer Support: Provide on-site technical assistance and address client queries.
- Other Duties: Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Education: Enrolled in Marine, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering programs.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of navigation and hydraulic systems, strong problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
- Practical Needs: Physically fit for outdoor/offshore work and willing to travel.
- Preferred: Certified in Basic Safety Training and familiar with IMO standards.
- Language: Bilingual in English and Chinese to interact with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Availability: Immediately available.
