We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Resource Specialistto manage resource planning, subcontractor liaison, project status coordination, and production data management for our ongoing projects. This role will work closely with various teams, including operations, tender and contract departments, and subcontractors, ensuring that all resources are effectively allocated and that project goals are met on time and within budget.

Job Description

  • Resource Planning: Develop, maintain resource plans for ongoing projects, ensuring the appropriate allocation of resources (personnel, equipment, materials) to meet project timelines and objectives and monitor resource utilization as needed to optimize productivity
  • Subcontractor Sourcing and Liaison: Source and evaluate subcontractors based on project requirements, performance, and budget. Establish, maintain Subcontractor having strong relationships with subcontractors, ensuring their alignment with project goals and timelines. And manage subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards.
  • Collaboration with Operation Team: Liaise regularly with the operation team to monitor the progress of projects and address to any issues related to project execution. Provide regular updates on resource availability, constraints, and project status, ensuring alignment between resource planning and project execution.
  • Coordination with Tender and Contract Team to ensure that project budgets and timelines are accurately reflected in planning and resourcing and assist in the preparation of project proposals, ensuring that resource requirements are incorporated into the budgeting process.
  • Production Data Management: Collect, update, and analyze daily production data to track project performance and resource utilization. Prepare regular reports on project status, production metrics, and resource usage for senior management and other stakeholders and Identify potential issues and areas for improvement in project performance and recommend solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project resource planning, project coordination, or a related role.
  • Proven experience liaising with subcontractors, operations teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of project budgeting and cost management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in resource management software and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Python, Microsoft Power BI, and Excel for data analysis and reporting is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports for management.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
